    The hotel property is just beautiful and the first thing you notice is the smell..................all the flowers are so pretty and the smell is lovely. we enjoyed the balcony ...

    The hotel property is just beautiful and the first thing you notice is the smell..................all the flowers are so pretty and the smell is lovely. We enjoyed the balcony so much with the view of the ocean, gardens and bar. We enjoyed the music from the tapa bar downstairs and watching all the people strolling along the walkways. The staff was very friendly and made you feel so welcome. The room was clean and very comfortable. The village is a wonderful place to stay. We loved all the little shops downstairs and found lots of good buys.

    Great location,great hotel! You could stay on property your entire trip and still have an amazing time. Restaurants,shopping,bars,pools and more. My wife and I have stayed here four times now,and wont even consider staying anywhere else. Awesome value.

    The setting is breathtaking. The amenities were fabulous. The room was spacious and clean. The "village" had everything a family could want or need. The hotel staff were certainly not was I was expecting from a "Hilton." With the exception of the cheerful and efficient valets and housekeeping staff- I found the Hilton staff to be harried, grumpy, and way less than eager to please. We ran into several small hotel "glitches" during our stay (internet was down or only working intermittently, reservations were not exactly correct (by one whole day), parking, towels, scheduling a luau or dinner, etc) and for each item- instead of being handled as a small glitch and met with several potential solutions we were met with quick "no" answers and "there's nothing I can do about it"... certainly not my normal "Hilton" experience. Would we go back- YES, absolutely. I just hope the staff act like they love their jobs in paradise next time.
