Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and newly renovated. Tropics bar is a nice relaxing atmosphere to watch a game and grab a good bite to eat. Steps from the beach no matter what tower you are staying in. Buffet was also really good, I would definitely and will definitely stay again.

This is absolutely a gorgeous hotel with very nice & clean rooms. We either walked or took a free shuttle every where we went, no rental car needed. However, I did have a few dislikes which are as follows: 1. Lots of construction going on which was a pain in the rear. 2. Our air condition went out & had to change rooms in the middle of our vacation : ( 3. A majority of the staff were very nice & friendly but a select few not so much (I hate poor customer service). If it hadn't been for these 3 I would have rated 5 stars. Bottom line, would I recommend this hotel or return? Absolutely!
