    The overall quality of of room was very poor; carpet was coming up along the edges, mildew on the bathroom ceiling, ants all over the bathroom counter. The decor and furniture were poor quality. The exterior grounds were better cared for than the rooms. The resort was extremely loud and crowded. Service at the front desk and restaurants was terrible. We would not recommend this hotel.

    We had such a nice stay at this hotel, it was clean, pretty, and had so much to do just within the area. Also, it is very to close restaurants and fun things to do. There were plenty of stations that could help you with practically anything that you need.

    While this is a beautiful resort in a tropical paradise the location is a bit far from the actual "downtown waikiki beach" area. there are a variety of shops and ...

    While this is a beautiful resort in a tropical paradise the location is a bit far from the actual "downtown Waikiki Beach" area. There are a variety of shops and restaurants on the property but to get to other locations requires additional transportation (ie: rental car, trolley, taxi). Because we traveled during a peak time the resort was booked solid and quite crowded. It was difficult to relax and enjoy tranquility. The kids programs were booked for the entire week as soon as we arrived and therefore our son was not able to participate. Our departure was in the evening so we wanted to stay and play for the day. They have a hospitality room available for a short amount of time so that you can shower and clean up prior to leaving. A nice touch but be sure to ask for it...they don't volunteer the room.
