    We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it has many things close by, their Spa Service is fabulous, highly recommended. I like more quiet places so staying here for just 3 days was perfect.

    I went here with my husband and 2 kids (5 month old baby and a 5 year old). This place is perfect for families with small children, as well as older children. I love the private beach area, all the different pools you can choose from, and the lagoon was super fun! There's mini shops all around the village that you can browse around. Dine at Bali's Steak & Seafood, you will not be disappointed! The atmosphere has a warmth feeling to it, with peguins, a koi pond, flamingos, and parrots surrounded by beautiful flowers and palm trees. This place is not to miss! There is so much you can do at this resort, I would definitely recommend it over any other hotels or resort! Customer service is awesome :)

    From the time I checked in until the day I left, this hotel was nothing short of amazing! You're literally steps away from the beach with a gorgeous view of Diamond Head. The room was always clean, and the bed was probably the most comfy bed I've ever been in. The hotel "village" is very convenient for all needs, and offers a variety of restaurants and shopping. However, save your money and go to the flea market instead. EXACT same stuff- but much much cheaper! Love love love this hotel!!

    The hotel grounds are luxurious, lots of lush gardens and tropical settings. There were penguins, flamingos, large parrots, koi fish all over the hotel grounds. It was just beautiful. The room was great, we stayed in the Rainbow Tower with and Ocean Front View and a View of Diamonhead. The beach is s step away, the pools were great, the service was excellent and the staff made everything just perfect. I enjoyed the excursions which you could book in the hotel lobby. There are tons of shops withing the hotel grounds and everything is within walking distance. I would recommend that you not rent a car unless necessary, because the trolleys are cheap if you dont want to walk. But my only con is that the hotel charges 28.00 a day for parking, which is more than what my rental car costed a day (haha). But I will definitely be staying there again, hopefully soon! I would recommend to families with children, or couples looking for a nice relaxing vacation! MAHALO!! :-)

    This hotel is 5 stars all the way around. We went summer of July 2010. This was our first time to Hawaii. This hotel is excatly what you see on the internet. We have 3 children, ages at the time we went were 12, 16, and 18. My kids absolutely loved it. It's right on the beach. The hotel staff is amazing, they went out of their way to help us whenever we had questions. They will make all your reservations for you where ever you wanted to go or to see anything. They even arranged for transportation for us. This hotel has it's own shops. It was like a mini mall. The restaurants at the hotel are amazing. The food was great. Very clean rooms. The grounds at the hotel were extremely clean and well maintained. They had beautiful Hawaiian flowers, they had penguins, flamingoes, exotic birds. We are planning our next trip for summer of 2012. Will definetly stay here again. Great experience!
