Important Hotel Information

  • TI Resort Fee is 25 plus tax. Resort Fee includes in-room high-speed internet access, access to fitness center, 2-for-1 cocktail (1 per stay), 2-for-1 lunch or dinner buffet Mon-Fri only, daily newspaper at Guest Services, VIP viewing area for Sirens of TI, in-room local/toll free phone calls, printed airline boarding passes, copies and faxes (up to 10 pages), 10 Free Slot play for new TI Players Club members (21+).
  • The outdoor, heated pool is scheduled to open on Friday, February 8, 2013 (weather permitting) and will remain open or the season with the following hours:
  • 9:00am to 6:00pm Feb. through Apr. & Oct.
  • 9:00am to 7:00pm May, Sept., & parts of Nov.
  • 8:00am to 8:00pm Jun. through Aug.
  • Closed for annual maintenance late Nov. 2013 through Feb. 2014.
  • The indoor Starbucks will be closed for renovations from January 21 to February 28, 2013. At this time, the second Starbucks location near the front entrance will be open 24 hours a day.

    Everything was great except i was advised we could get a late checkout and wasn't able to. when i talked to the manager she was rude.

    Upon checking in the manager offered a handicap room to accomodate my disability. i was not aware the hotel had such accomodations becau se it is not offered on-line ...

    Upon checking in the manager offered a handicap room to accomodate my disability. I was not aware the hotel had such accomodations becau se it is not offered on-line only smoking or non-smoking. It was easy to move around in my wheelchair in my room and restroom. The room was clean and the employees were nice and professional at all times.I definately recommend this Hotel for everyone because the atmosphere suites every person and age, from singles, couples, and families. Great place to have fun without the rush and classy.

    Our stay would have been much more pleasant if the staff would have been more welcoming, i know if vegas they deal with lots of different kind of people, but ...

    Our stay would have been much more pleasant if the staff would have been more welcoming, I know if Vegas they deal with lots of different kind of people, but I always try to be kind and smile. The bell desk and bell hops were very rude to us straight off. The bartender cussed my husband to the other bartender when ask for a drink. If the staff would have been a little friendlier I would plan to stay here again, but from that experience I will not.

    had problems w/hotel room was not cold enough room was not cleaned until i complained & i found paperclip on bathroom floor @ check in. i had to take it to front desk, never know if floor was ever washed....we only received trashcan liners & liner for ice bucket on saturday...... complimentary soaps were only replaced after i complained very poor housekeeping
