Don't like the new hotel amenities fee...didn't use any of the services within the amenities package, but had to pay for it anyways! Add it to my room fee or make this an "optional" package. Also didn't think that the TV had good channel choices...no HBO, etc. No in-room refrigerator or coffee maker.

I compared quite a few hotels while booking my trip, with two main factors in making my decision: 1. I wanted a large, 2-person shower, and 2. I wanted a jacuzzi in the room. The Petite Suite at Treasure Island seemingly matched these requirements. I say seemingly because when we got to the hotel, the shower was much smaller than we were led to believe, and the jacuzzi was really just a big bathtub with six (yep, only six!) ill-placed jets. To top that off, there were other problems. The bed was so soft that it made you feel like you were rolling out of it, so it was hard to get any sleep. The internet access was spotty at best, causing us to have to move rooms in order to actually use it, the air conditioners in the rooms only sort of worked, never quite getting the temperature cool enough to sleep even though it wasn't even hot outside when we visited. The staff was considerate and professional and gave us an upgraded room and refunded a portion of our resort fees due to the constant internet problems in the first room. The executive suite wasn't much larger than the petite suite, and suffered the same shower size and bad jacuzzi problems as the original room. One other issue with the Executive Suite was that the toilets would not flush even modest solid matter, and required to be unclogged daily. The toilets in the Petite Suite were fine. The elevator setup was nice, they had banks of elevators for specific floors which helped by not having to wait for a dozen other floors before you got to yours. The TV's in the room were small, but really, who goes to Vegas to watch TV anyway? The rooms were clean when we got there (minus the calcium buildup in the jacuzzis of both rooms), but we did have to call to get our room cleaned once when we got skipped one day. Room service was quick to show up and clean the room for us though (within a couple minutes of the call). Whether you stay here or not, do NOT miss the Sirens show! It's free and held multiple times nightly, and definitely worth seeing. The bottom line: what the hotel lacks in accommodations, it tries to make up for in staff attention. Still, for the money there are better, newer, or more freshly renovated hotels on the strip from which to choose.

My girlfriends and I stayed at TI during the weekend of Sept. 10, 2011. Although I've stayed at TI many times before, I found the hotel in need of repair. The bathroom was clean, however the wood molding around the sink was chipped and needed to be painted. Next to our bed there was enough dust to bury a small child. At one point I went to have a seat at the vanity and pulled the orange chair out and the chair was terribly stained. I refused to sit because the stains could not be identified. In the hallway next to the elevator there was a large cigarette urn which had burns on every exposed piece. Although TI has the location, they really need to upgrade the property.

I stayed at Treasure Island on my second visit to Las Vegas. I would definitely recommend Treasure Island. It was very clean and very easy to get around as it wasn't too big. We saw 'mystere' in the T.I theater which was awesome ! We ate at Gilley's a few times which was very good. The buffet however was the biggest downfall- not good. The beds were VERY comfy !! Overall a great place to stay in Vegas !
