This was our first time staying at Caesar's Palace; staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room had a perfect view of the Belagio's fountains from the 26th floor! The food at Lago's buffet was VERY disappointing, especially for the price. Not a good selection at all, food was very dry and lacked flavor. The only saving grace was the 24 hour buffet pass, which is discounted if you are a Total Rewards member (free to join) which the allowed us to visit other buffets within the partnering properties. I will definitely come back to Ceaser's to stay and play, but think twice about the quality of the food.

Our experience with the hotel was not stress free, and way too busy. Getting to your room is a whole new story. The man that checked us in was not pleasant and we were lucky that he even looked at us. We found that the nices people in the hotel were the parking attendants. We were also surprised that they did not even provide a coffee maker (I know, they want you to go down and buy the coffee). When we inquired they said that they were working on it. What does that mean?? Bottom line is, if you want a relaxing hotel with great service, pick a smaller, less busy hotel. The hotel is pretty though...

This Vegas icon doesn't disappoint! The best part about Caesars is it's central location on the Strip, where you're within walking distance of just about anything you could want or need. Great casino, great shops, great restaurants are all a part of the Caesars experience, too. I'll be back this summer...cheers!
