Have not been to California in 10 years. The first hotel did not help create the postive memory I wanted. However, this hotel, Anaheim Marriott, and the workers went the extra mile. I want to take my family next year just so that they can feel relaxed and enjoy the positive mood of the place. Love it.

Upon arriving to this hotel, my flight had been delayed and my luggage had been misplaced at the baggage claim, so it took me over an hour to receive my luggage and I was already in a frustrated mood when I arrived at the Marriott. All that changed when I was greeted with a very friendly and helpful bellman. His welcoming attitude and demeanor had definitely rubbed off on me and I was truly impressed with him. I know it's the bellman's duty to offer help with my luggage, but he just did more than that, he showed me where everything is located in the hotel and around the hotel, he offered me ice for my room, and he said if there was anything else that I needed, I can contact him anytime. He even apologized for the miserable day that I was having and it wasn't even his fault. This bellman truly knows how to make any guests feel welcomed and being a person who travels often, experiences like these is what makes people come back. Thank you very much Ray the bellman, you are truly a very sincere person that knows how to treat others well.

Was shocked that they charge for parking ($24/day). You would think it would be validated. Room was nice and staff provide excellent customer service. Disney concierge/desk was very convenient and helpful. There was a conference held there towards the end of our stay, which may be why it got a bit noisy. All in all, nice hotel convenient to Disney just bring extra $150 for parking.
