The Hilton in Boston's Back Bay provided the single best hotel experience that I've had. Located in a beautiful part of Boston with easy access to Harvard, M.I.T., Feway Park, shopping (both mall and boutique), music (Wally's Jazz club is a short walk), dining (too many to name and all of them close by), etc., etc. I'm a runner and every day I had a new path to follow which lead me through historical sites and beautiful neighborhoods along the St. Charles river. Last, but not least, the staff were professional yet kind and helpful and they made the stay even better. I can't wait to go back.

This hotel is located in a great location near Copley Square, Newbury Street and Boylston Street and South End shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the Public Garden. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable, and self-parking was available on-site at a reasonable (for Boston) rate.

The Hilton Back Bay is great for its close proximity to restaurants, stores, and Metro, as well as, museums. Walking distance to all. The hotel was very clean. The pool is small but good enough for kids. I would use this hotel again.

Close to everything in the back bay. Not part of the pru complex but across the street from it. Lots of nice restaurant close by. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast quality was great. Lots of fresh fruit. Rooms are small and only double beds, not the best quality mattress. Bathroom very small, can not open door without squeeze next to the toilet. Overall good room for the price. If they had better quality mattresses it would be even better.
