    My experience was very stressful when I arrived, and I found out that they oversold my room. We had to wait and argue about what we can do to have a place to sleep for 4 girls. What I was very upset about ,that they did not offer a solution wright away. They said it is one room left with a king bed and that all they can do. I was very shocked since i made the reservation back in Oktober for this special weekend for 4 nights and on top of this, was my girlfriend's birthday the same day. After one and a half hour when we said we won't go anywhere till they won't find us a room or two, for 4 of us, and my girlfriend said she will call up her lawyer cousin, they came back with a solution in 5 minutes. The manager said "oh...somebody just canceled their room", so they can give us two different room with a king bed. We where very happy for the news, but worked up. To make us feel better we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and free breakfast for the time we stayed there 4 days. Overall we had a good time, but my advice make sure before you get there that your room is still available.

    Well I have been loving this place for a while now, but now it is official. SOBE WFF just named them the "Best Bite on the Beach" for the Rice Krispie French Toast with Marscapone Zabaglione and Buffalo Trace Burbon Caramel sauce. Congratulations to you guys for winning! - SOBE Examiner

    Love the remodel, FIX the restaurant is a great addition to the hotel, and the new bar staff is great! The open bar area is more befitting of South Beach then the previous set up. Menu is good and the Rice Krispie French Toast is GREAT! I am partial to the Kobe Burger myself. Location of the hotel has always filled this hotel but now with all the added amenities you can come for the service also.

    When we just came to the hotel they told us the charge for the parking lot is 26.75 $ a night.the swimming pool is under construction.there was no water for half a day ( we couldn't take a shower after we came from the beach). So it's up to you if you want to go there or not!!!I wouldn't !!!
