    My husband and I stayed here the night before and the night of our wedding. Though there were a few extra charges for the soaking tub to be filled and for valet, the overall experience at the hotel was amazing. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. The bed wasn't terribly uncomfortable, but it was a little noisy even with very little movement. Aside from that, we both absolutely loved this hotel and plan on staying there again as soon as we can!

    This has been my "go to" hotel on my recent trips to visit my son at UM. After this trip, however, I would hesitate to go back. Service was very poor. My room was not ready as promised at check in time & my daughter & I were forced to change & freshen up in the bathroom in the hotel's restaurant after our 10 hr journey & before my daughter's college interview! The phone in my room was broken. Every time I wanted to use the hot tub, the engineer had to come empty out half the water & fill it with cool water because the water would get BOILING hot! The lady pouring champagne embarrassed me in front of other guests because champagne is only for new check ins but they didn't have it when I checked in! The fire alarm kept going off ( happened previous stay, too). Room service never delivered my order. Hotel was very loud early every morning with meetings going on below me! Too bad, nice rooms, great location, but service was horrendous!

    Booked this at half price which made it an exceptional bargain. The beautiful room included a large private balcony equipped with a hot-tub! Staff was very friendly and efficient. Lots of entertainment, shopping and dining within walking distance. Great views from rooftop pool and lounge. The only downside was some street noise until the bars closed (and we were on the 4th floor).

    My wife and I chose this hotel because it had a spa and was supposed to be in a nice area. We were very happy with our choice. The hotel is located in Coconut Grove, a very pleasant and clean residential area. Coconut Walk (restaurants and shopping) is right across the street. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Inside the hotel was very nice - it gave away a serene spa-like feel (which would make sense because the spa is located there). The spa was very nice, although slightly on the expensive side (not surprising as being part of a hotel). There is a pool on the rooftop with bar, TVs, cabanas. You need your room key to get up there so no outsiders will be there. The whole area is very nice looking. We stayed in the Mayfair king suite. The room was nice but the downsides were that the bed was not that comfortable and while there is a hot tub it cost $30 to fill. Those are really the only two issues I had with the hotel (and they are really not that big of a deal). We were very happy with our choice and would recommend this hotel. There were children there (not many) but I am not sure if it is very accommodating towards them (there is the pool of course).
