My overall stay was not bad at all. The hotel was supposedly redone but i was not impressed. the rooms are not as advertised. the staff as very professional and very very helpful. the wifi was restricted to the lobby. this hotel was not terrible i just think one could get more for their money.

This was an amazing hotel for our first visit in New York City. They had a room available when we arrived early for check in. The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I felt safe and as a single mom traveling with my daughter, that is very important. It made the remainder of our trip effortless. They are located close to everything we wanted to see. After a night of entertainment, they are just steps away from our theater. I would highly reccommend this hotel to friends. My daughter and I are looking forward to our next trip to the city.

The Manhattan was close to all the NYC action. Good meals close by, including a nice breakfast buffet at the hotel. walk to theater district in a few minutes. staff in lobby was helpful with directions and suggestions. the room was clean, neat, and everything worked properly. cabs hung outside the hotel to go wherever you wanted. the subway station was only a few seconds away. recommended stay

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You are blocks from The Rock, Central Park, Park Ave, Times Square, and Broadway. The accommodations were average at best. The walls are so thin that you can hear people in the next room. i know it is New York but the rooms were tiny and the bathroom even smaller.
