After just getting married only a few days prior to traveling to Fort Lauderdale where we needed a room for one night before taking our boat out. We pulled up and the valet was friend and called and bellman right over to take our bags, we had them take all our bag while checked in. Once checked in went to our room, the bags came and gave him a good tip. Well after several days later went to get some of the cash we were given in the cards from our wedding which I had put in an envelope in a zippered pouch in my computer bag and it was gone, these bag never let our sight other than that one bellman, don't trust them, travel world wide and never have had something like this happen, call the hotel and they said there was nothing they could do, will choose another hotel over Hilton from now on.

I stayed there in July, for my wedding night, I actually told the guy that it would by wedding night and he gave me a free up grade. Good thing I actually went and saw the room I was gonna stay, the original room I booked, before I told the manager it would be my wedding night, otherwise I would I have been at the 1st floor, no view, partial if any, and that would be of the pool or a yacht. But the hotel was nice, clean, staff was nice. Just to pricy, and the breakfast was very expensive!!!!! Got charged to make a phone call.

The view from my room was excellent!!! Check-in was somewhat flawed, because, I was'nt asked if I wanted a smoking room with a king bed in advance. The Tiki bar was really nice. The staff was very professional, courteous, & friendly. I thought the $20.00 parking fee per day was low-rent, petty, & left me with a bad feeling.....that I may not return to this establishment. The breakfast buffet was good, but I felt like, since I wasn't a member of one of your high-roller clubs, I was treated as a 2nd class citizen.
