The rooms were spacious & clean. The pool area was great! Plenty of places to sit & relax. Loved that there was a seperate pool area for smaller kids too. And the free shuttles to & from the Disney Parks, icing on the cake! We did have one problem (the fridge wasn't cold enough) but within 10 minutes of calling to report the problem we had a new one. Will be back for sure!

The room was better than expected in that it has a front sitting room with a door. The couch and chair and desk with the TV in the front sitting room was great and really made our visit something special. I would come here again with my family for this reason alone.

The value for our money was excellent. The grounds a great and secure. They have an awesome pool, unfortunately we did not have time to use it. We spent most of our time at Disney world. We only had to deal with the staff a couple of times, such as at check in and when we had a question about parking. The woman that I spoke to at the front desk did not seem interes ted in helping me. Overall, it is a great hotel in very close to Disney world

We were happy with the accommodations and the availability of services. Only disappointing thing was that we requested a room upgrade upon arrival and were surprised when we saw an additional charge on our AmEx. We did anticipate a charge but weren't told about a charge being applied to our card.
