- Please note that there is a resort fee of 18.00 USD (plus tax) per room, per day, that is payable directly to the resort.
Guests can bring their dog or cat family members up to 30 pounds along for their trip. There is a one time charge of 75.00 for deep cleaning and a damage waiver that is signed upon check in. Animals should be crated when guest is not in room for safety and security.

The hotel is conveniently attached to the Mall which was an added bonus. I could quickly run out without having to move my car and buy stuff. The room was cleaned every day which is essential to make a good trip for me. The Hotel is also located in a downtown area close to other shopping places, restaurants, etc. This was my first trip to Orlando, and I can assure that I will come back to stay in this hotel for any future trips as well.

The hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was kept very clean on a daily basis. This hotel is located within 15 minutes from the airport, and is also conveniently attached to Orlando's biggest indoor shopping mall. VERY MUCH WORTH EVERY PENNY!

We chose this hotel because it wasn't far from the airport and we only had one day in Orlando before heading to the beach. Everything about the hotel was very good. The desk was busy when we were checking in, but they had plenty of staff and kept things moving. We were tired from traveling and having places to eat without driving anywhere was very nice. While we rested, I was completely comfortable with our teenagers browsing the mall on their own. The only negative was not related to the hotel itself. There was a card in our room advertising the mall spa, offering specific discounts so I had a pedicure. Had I not been so tired and in desperate need of a pedicure, I would have left. It was not very clean and I wondered if sanitary practices were followed. I wanted to shower afterward.
