- Please note that there is a resort fee of 18.00 USD (plus tax) per room, per day, that is payable directly to the resort.
Guests can bring their dog or cat family members up to 30 pounds along for their trip. There is a one time charge of 75.00 for deep cleaning and a damage waiver that is signed upon check in. Animals should be crated when guest is not in room for safety and security.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were ok (for how amazing the exterior of the hotel looked, I thought the rooms would be better than they were). The cleaning staff took a long time to clean our room, sometimes coming in the evening. The $15 mandatory daily surcharge was a turn off. I loved the fact that the mall was connected to the hotel; very convenient. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.
