I first came to Outrigger Reef in Sept. 2010 on my honeymoon and had a fantastic stay. We returned in March 2011 we enjoyed it so much, and in fact are returning again in Sept 2011. The lobby atmosphere, the pool area, the rooms, the price, the employees- are all all top notch. Would recommend to anyone thinking about coming to Hawaii.

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Three restaurants is convinient, stick to The Shore and Lanai Kanai grille. Denny's is just down the street. Location is great, Starbucks in lobby area. You can schedule all your tours in lobby area and Hertz rental is also available, laundry and store as well.

This hotel was everything good that I read in other reviews. Check in was fast and smooth, staff was helpful and friendly. Three resturants on site, easy access to the beach, and easy walking distance to everything. One resturant located at the pool, the other two in the rear of hotel overlooking the beach. Loved our eight day stay!

This hotel was everything we hoped for and more! Staff was welcoming and made you feel right at home. Nice vibe throughout the entire hotel. Great location in relation to the beach and shopping/dining areas. It is also close to pick up areas if you are going to other activities on the island. One note to mention, if you park a car on location, there is only valet parking with a fee. Overall, great hotel.
