Our "partial ocean view" room on the 17th floor gave us an excellent view of the ocean from the balcony. Room was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Food at both hotel restaurants was very good. All breakfast where included with our package and the -all you can eat- breakfast buffett had everything you would want. Every single member of the staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. The complimentary internet connection was poor. Location right on Waikiki beach was a huge plus for us. This hotel was just awesome!

We had an excellent time. The whole staff was extremely polite and helpful. We felt as if we were family which made this our best vacation ever! This hotel had alot of activities and close to shopping.

The best hotel in area ....period. The staff is absolutely amazing. Great amenities, live entertainment, a lot of activities that are offered by the hotel that are inexpensive or free. We stayed for 6 days and would definitely stay there again. Will definitely get your money's worth. Awesome hotel.

very beautiful hotel with warm wood tones everywhere; gentle breeze blows through the lobby and has a nice tropical feel to it. Great place for our 20th anniversary celebration. Only had two problems: 1. The room type we were given was not the room we had selected. We had selected online a king size bed with the ocean view. We were given two double beds and a partial ocean view in the Pacific tower. The desk clerk said there were no kings available until 5 days later(we were only there 6 nights.) So 5 days later we moved to the room with the king size bed in the Ocean Tower. This was still a partial ocen view, even though they call it the ocean view. And if you order the oceanfront, we were told (when I called the hotel originally to inquire about the rooms) that the oceanfront rooms were really too low to have a good view of the ocean. 2. We lost 4 of our breakfast vouchers. They were NOT replaceable. The desk clerk was able to locate someone else's unused vouchers they had turned in, and gave them to us- or, we would have been out of breakfast , even though we paid for it in our room charges. Other than those two things, we had a great stay and the Ocean House , Shorebird, and Kana Pile grill are all very good. There's also a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and P.F. Changs 1 block away. Get the Oahu card- its orth it!
