The hotel is very beautiful and has great access to the beaches and local Waikiki hot spots. The pool and spa areas are impeccable. The ocean front restaurants are very nice, have great food and are reasonably priced. The beach front is packed with all kinds of activities, as well as just "relax" space. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The concierge I worked with (William) was very helpful setting up an off island excursion. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the extras you might want for no extra cost. In all, I loved this place and am definitely staying there again on my next trip.

My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights and love the place. The room was great, staff wonderful, restaurants great, and nice pool. The beach is rocky and not really great to swim in but if you go down a little bit, it becomes nice. There is a lots of restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very good place to stay.

Overall a nice resort. Very pricy, and i didn't realize the valet fee (no free parking) would be so expensive. Room was pretty, but there were spiders in the coffee maker and a few ants in the sink every morning. I wasn't sure if this was a Hawaii thing. Very .friendly and expedient staff/
