    Get pampered here!!! You will have made the best choice in Cancun. Mark Shawnee, Kansas Don't miss the off site restaurant next door owned by the same people. The food and the entertainment was very good, the prices were good but not included in the all inclusive, additional cost of that dinner was worth every penny. The employees are some of the most polite we have ever met.

    My wife and I had a great time at Dreams. Aside from a couple of minor challenges that the Hotel took care of right away, we had a wonderful time in Cancun and at the Dreams resort. We relaxed in the sun, walked on the beach and shopped in the street vendor's stores and went to the area malls. We did not partake in the excursions this time but we are pretty sure that we will be back to Cancun and specifically the Dreams resort. The food was very good as was the service, and the personalities of the employees. We felt very well taken care of. Using public transit was cheap and safe and easy. Watch out for time shares, they jump you right in the airport and it looks very official like you are at an information booth.

    Friendly staff! Great service on every level! Lovely Japanese themed spa! Excellent massage therapist. Beautiful room - spacious and lightly/brightly colored - with candle, incense, extra pillow, extra blanket and fluffy robes. Hearty drinks. In room fridge stocked with water, orange juice, Coke, Sprite, beer. Delicious food at the Himitsu Japanese restaurant. Fair to good food at the World Cafe. The food was probably good elsewhere also, but the other places weren't vegetarian friendly. Nightly entertainment - a little corny, but a pleasant way to spend an evening if you've been out and about all day. Large property with plenty of places to lounge, eat and/or drink. I'd stay here again.

    Fabulous! The staff and the service were the best we have ever experienced. You never had to wait for a meal or a drink. It didn't matter if you were in the pool or on the beach, they would find you and bring you a drink. The staff were friendly and helpful. The on site activities and entertainment staff were awesome. Our room overlooking the dolphins was great. Just open the door and watch the dolphins play. The food was good for an all inclusive. The only negative was the non- existent hand railings on a lot of the staircases. Not good when traveling with a senior citizen.

    Hotel was very nice and staff was pretty good. Had a great time. Will definitely go again. Problems: only 1 pool and limited pool chairs, pretty much no night life at hotel ( I am guessing they expect everyone to go to strip after dark to party but that is not all inclusive), no cafe or desert place to hang out at night (only a little bar at front desk and only drinks). Also, sushi place on beach had a dress code and only open from 6-10 pm. In my opinion, if its on the beach, i should be able to go whenever and however i want.
