    Amazing getaway, the staff couldn't do enough for us check in was quick and simple they greeted us with champagne and cool towels what a way to begin our stay. The staff overall was like something we've never seen before friendly and always looking out for you. We are currently planning a return trip in 2009 and can't wait to see everyone who made our first trip so special. The food was great we just loved our stay at Dreams and look forward to our next visit. The pool area was great only complaint was the lack of lounge chairs they would be reserved early then no one would use them all day, this area needs some attention. The Ocean view rooms are amazing great view and very clean. The spa was wonderfull overall Dreams Resort really has it all and much more see you all soon.

    Amazing getaway, the staff couldn't do enough for us check in was quick and simple they greeted us with champagne and cool towels what a way to begin our stay.     My husband and I loved this resort. The locatiion could not have been better. It was beautiful. The food was great. Take the time to try each of the resturants, especially the Seaside Grill (order the steak). The spa was wonderful. It was very relaxing and family friendly. The only little compliant we had was that our room did not have tub, as I had understood it would. The staff was more than happy to listen to our requests and accomendate all of our needs. I would recomend this hotel to everyone!

    This was our 3rd stay at this property. The staff provide an excellent level of serivce, and always with a smile. The room accomodations were fine and the cleanliness was excellent. This is an all inclusive property which makes for budgeting very easy. The beach had seaweed problems due to and earlier storm which they worked to clean up fairly well until the tropical storm Arthur stirred thing up again, the wind and rain were quite strong on our last 3 days, tropical weather for sure. The food quality had slipped since our last visit but was overall a good eperience. This hotel is a good get-away in a very busy city and you can persue your own style of vacation as you wish. We would return again.

    This resort has it all. Nicely appointed rooms - marble floors, but they provide fluffy robes and slippers; spacious balcony with view of dolphins/lagoon and ocean; large shower. Wonderful scenery - the hotel is located at the tip of a penninsula so it is surrounded by water on 3 sides. Each side offers its own beauty and personality. Turquoise Caribbean sea, waves crashing onto rocks, and there was even a picturesque red/white lighthouse. Walk toward the lighthouse and you can find lots of wonderful seashells. We were there at the beginning of hurricane season and a tropical storm hit Central America to the South. Lots of rain, but it cleared up in the afternoon. I suppose the storm was what caused LOTS of seaweed to wash up on the shore. You can ALWAYS find a chair at either of the beaches...lots of shaded chairs, too. The hot tub wasn't very hot. We never swam in the main pool - lots of activities going on (volleyball), preferred the ocean anyway. The food was above average for an all-inclusive resort. The World Cafe offered breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets - this was sub-par. But the food at all of the other restaurants and room service was very good. Long wait at Himitsu, Japanese restaurant, but it was worth the wait. Eat dinner at Oceana - wonderful menu/food and you can even catch a glorious sunset from the patio. The bars were great - convenient and FAST service. Tip the bartenders a dollar every so often - they truly appreciate it. Corona on tap, who can complain?? And they make a great Mojito! I asked for 2 extra pillows on 2 separate occasions and never got them. Guess they were out, but they never followed up with me. Other than that, no complaints about the service.
