Please dont book here....Hahahahaha! I say that because I hope to keep grabbing rooms here for as cheap as I do!!!! The service is great- Just blow off the timeshare pitch from the start....and you will be fine the rest of the week. 2 minutes of firm quotNO!quot and you are on your way = but isnt that Puerto Vallarta anyway? If you are shopping this place vs the Four Seasons- Move on!!! This is Old Mexico service and accommodations. Clean quiet affordable slow laid back.... Ive been there three times...going back for trip #4 and planning trip #5!

Although it is advertised on their website: "Free Wi-Fi Internet Access Included, Internet Services, Wi-Fi/Wireless LAN" When I stayed there I was charge $* per week for internet access They do have a computer room with very poor service - most of the computers are either down or working very slowly.Where is the "FREE"? Also be prepared to pay an extra 3% when paying by credit card

The tiles are falling out of the pool, bad cracks in patio floor, hardware in rooms is corroded, refrigerator is dented and dirty and shower leaks into the room so edges are black mold. Advantages,- the resort is on the ocean, right on the ocean (if the property was newer the balconies would not have been made out of solid concrete,- rather they should have been made of slats or glass to take advantage of the view.) All rooms are on the ocean,- rare to find these days. Property is located a few miles outside of town,- I think an advantage if you have transpiration. Smaller intimate feel at this resort yet options which many of the larger resorts offer (a heated pool, Mexican music some nights and little craft opportunities) . Reservations: A slap of disorganization When my daughters family arrived, the reception said they did not have any rooms available and would not for a few days! Unbelievable to prepay for my daughters family and yet they had to sleep on our floor if they wanted to be at our resort. (They were offered a hotel a-ways down the road). No refund, very little apology, more of a "tough luck" policy. Yes we had a confirmation and yes the resort was involved in the reservation. I am at the resort writing this and looking around. Furniture is dirty and rusty. I would rate it at a 2 high star property...maybe a low 3 star. I truly wish I could recommend this quaint property; however in reality,- there are so many better options in Nuevo Vallarta,- or Puerto Vallarta. Maybe at some point if they start investing in this property it will again be a respected resort.

Great Staff: Being Going to Costa Sur for many years. This year was priceless. Due to Swine-Flu Noboby was in Costa Sur. I was Upgraded @ no charge to One Bedroom Suite. On the Ninth Floor in Tower Two. With the rest of my guests which in total was 21 this year. This place rock's. On the quiet side. But just so close to all of the action in Old town taxi ride away. The Staff was so kind and helpful. Thanks X you Rock. Keep up the Great work you are doing with the Devlopment. I will always stay in Costa Sur when I visit Costa Sur. Remember it is quiet and out of the way place. To relax during the day and work on your tan.

A great place to call home for a week. I am told it is the first Timeshare in all of Puerto Vallarta. That alone commands respect. You can't find a better location or value on the whole coast, it is an older place. It is the first timeshare built in Vallarta. The Waitstaff is the best...they made us feel like family almost instantly, we bought a week on the secondary market for a steal. We can't wait to go back again (30 days and counting) and have referred several of our friends there and they all say the same thing.
