This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I am not going to look any further. This is the place in Mexico for me! I LOVE this hotel. The staff are very kind, patient and friendly. The service is over the top. The room was very comfortable and I love the balcony. The pool and the beach are so relaxing. Catch the city bus right out in front. LOVE< LOVE LOVE Fiesta Americana in Puerto Vallarta.

Very friendly staff, good location, amazing lobby. Nice beach front and well maintained. The hotel restaurant is good with nice ocean view but the food is okay. Good spa service, very professional. When we checked out, the front desk gentleman Vector was very helpful and waived our bottle water charge. Only con is wifi is weak and business center closes on Sundays.

The hotel is conveniently located to the downtown area. Not fancy, beds need to be updated. The beach area is great and the staff was always very helpful. One of the few places we've stayed that you had to pay for internet service.

We have stayed twice at the Fiesta Americana and have enjoyed both of our visits. The hotel rooms are big and clean and very comfortable. Every room has an ocean view. However, you do want to be above the fourth floor in order to get the best view of the city lights at night. It is worth the upgrade. Poolside service is great, taxi service is excellent and you can easily pick up a bus right on the street in front of the hotel. The bus is only 6 pesos per person as opposed to 60-80 pesos for a taxi ride to and from town. While we were there, the exchange rate was about 12 pesos to the dollar. We found that the money exchange rate was fairly close right at the hotel, and they were always happy to help us out. The hotel is located near a grocery store (there's a small refrigerator in every room), a department store, and is within walking distance of a public track and exercise area. The fitness center is great, but there's a charge. There's also a charge for Internet use, and it was a spotty connection. On the whole, this hotel is a great value for your money and the location can't be beat!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great time. They have an amazing pool and the food at the restaurant is very good. The bed is very comfortable and every one at the property is extremely nice and eager to help you and make your stay better. Puerto Vallarta.... amazing!!! Loved the Malecon :)
