The hotel over all was GREAT!!! Sinder your activity person went out of his way to make everyone happy. Antoino at the main pool bar is your best employee you have. He goes way above and beyond. Your shows, nite life, and beach party was alot of fun.

This hotel is awful. To be transparent, the grounds and cleaning staff are great. People were constantly cleaning in an effort to keep things presentable. The bed in our specific room was very lumpy. The pillows were also very lumpy. These need switched out ASAP. Only one light out of 3 worked in the bathroom. My main issue with the resort was how disgusting the food is. Its equivalent to low quality buffet food at a bad resturant. Nothing is made when you order it. It's all made in large batches and kept under food heaters until its ordered. At the premiere price you are paying to stay there I would expect edible food. I mean, what's the point of staying at all inclusive if they food is gross? It defeats the purpose when you don't want to eat the food. The fish tacos were literally a deep fried piece of fish and a tortilla. Nothing else- no toppings or sauces or Anything

My family and I were impressed with the grounds and service. The 24-hour room service was very convenient and most of the food we ordered was good. If you have kids under 12, you may want a head's up that two of the restaurants are for adults only. If I were to stay at this resort again, I would ask for a room on the adult pool side of the resort to avoid the noise coming from the main pool, restaurants, and events on the beach. We would especially like to thank Jessica and Diane in the Explorer's Club for taking such good care of our children (ages 4 and 7 months#. They made our older daughter feel welcome and kept her busy with activities and projects. They also babysat our infant and took good care of her. Although the resort's babysitting fee was expensive compared to what we pay at home #$15/hr., compared to $10/hr.), we were happy knowing our child was in good hands and enjoyed some alone time. We would also recommend the Pub Crawl on Wednesday and Saturday nights as well as the City Tour. The boat ride out to see the rock formations is a MUST SEE!!! Happy Travels!

My wife and I recently visited Cabo for the first time and selected Dreams after researching nearly every hotel in the area. This was our first time staying at any Dreams Hotel and we were thoroughly impressed - It met and exceeded nearly all of our expectations. In the past, we have visited several different destinations and usually stayed at Riu resorts, but I don't see us going back after staying at Dreams. Dreams offers a selection of food that is actually edible and best of all, you are not always stuck with a typical "all-inclusive" buffet, nor do you have to get up at the crack of dawn to make reservations for the restaurants. The service, staff-friendliness, and attention to detail by the resort has definitely encouraged us to plan a return trip. Dreams is not located directly in Cabo San Lucas, so if you are interested in going into town, we found it best to plan an excursion that provides transportation, or utilize the hotel's shuttle service - since cab rides round-trip into Cabo San Lucas and back are a flat rate of $50.00 USD. Even if you want to experience Cabo's famous nightlife, we found it best to ride the Hotel's shuttle into town and cab it back to the resort to save a little money here and there. Although travel into town can be a bit of a nuisance, the location of Dreams does work to its advantage in being able to offer guests a quiet, spacious, and serene resort that isn't days away from the hustle and bustle of town. Another important thing to know about Cabo in general is that most beaches (including the one at Dreams) are not swim-able. The tides and waves are way too rough / dangerous, however the pools and cabanas at Dreams make up for it. All and all, Dreams served to be a fantastic resort for us to celebrate our anniversary, and for the money, you really can't beat it.

Not able to sleep due to A/C on roof. Even we complain with recepcion, and assure they will take care, every single night (4) we had to turn TV to make up the noise. Rooms are old, rust, bad showers, food is poor in Quality and service is slow, my impression is they are going down, and the service is the minimun possible.
