Beautiful resort, good food, nice pools, clean and friendly staff!! You also get a private entrance from the resort to Xcaret. Its like a 5 minute walk from the resort to the entance of the park. Will definitely return!!

We had an excellent stay at the Occidental Grand! Beautiful, lush surroundings that are perfectly manicured. Perfect place if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger cities. If flying into Cancun - very easy to find transportation from the airport to the resort. Your driver will even stop @ the nearest gas station for you to pick up some cerveza on the way to the resort! Perfect vacation. Will return for sure.

we had the best time at the occidental grand the staff were very good and the room and the grounds were extra clean. drinks at the bars were good . there was lots to do for everyone. the beach was good for kids .we will be back next year.
