    This resort was fantastic--from the very friendly and helpful staff to the beautiful beach cove this resort is worth going back to. Also great for animal lovers: toucans, red macaw parrots, and lizards galore! The food was great, rooms were wonderful, beautiful pool and beach. I am a very picky person, but I highly recommend this resort to anyone! I would go back in a heartbeat!

    My best friend and I went together. The resort was beautiful! However, we were disappointed with a few things. There isn't a view of the ocean at the beach. Often times there wasn't music playing at the pools. The bars at the pools and beach closed way too early. Do not go to get your "gift"! It's timeshare. There were some definite good things. The room was really nice. The shows in the theater at night were great! The food was good too! Overall, it's a very nice resort. It's a great place for a family. Just don't plan on much of a party.

    My two teenage girls (16 and 14) and I really enjoyed the hotel. It is a large place and does take a while to learn how to get around. Also, I recommend that you reserve the premium restaurants right away as they do fill up fast and are definitely a better dining experience than the buffett style food. Also the beach area is minimal but we found the beaches down near Tulum to be exceptional as well as the beach in Playa del Carmen. I highly recommend getting out of the complex and visit some of the nearby Mexican communities. We made the drive to Chitzen Itza and although it was long it showed us a side of rural Mexico that my daughters would have never experienced had we only stayed at the Xcaret complex. Overall I would recommend and would probably come back here for a future visit.

    I would recommend it. It was very beautiful, clean, welcoming. The only thing we didnt care for was the staff who were constantly trying to sell you excursions, massages, etc. I think once was enough to inform you and then leave it up to you to decide , instead of accosting you everytime they see you. But, it was a paradise otherwise!

    We stayed here in 2007 with our then 2year old daughter. We found it to be paradise then, and although we've been to many other all-inclusives, cruises etc., we said we would one day come back to Xcaret!. This time we took our now 7 year old daughter, 3 year old daughter, and my parents. We all had a great time and could not have asked for better service or experience. This resort has something for everyone, all ages and interests. The value for the cost was well worth it and we had no regrets at all about returning. Frontier airlines was also a nice suprise! I would definately recommend Xcaret Grand Flamenco to all travelers regardless of pickiness or previous experience!
