Room was comfortable. The bellboy and lady at front desk on arrival friendly & informative. The filtered water in the kitchen was barely dripping. Took 5 minutes to fill a small glass. We informed the desk the next morning and no one was sent up to fix it. The tub would not drain because the lift was broken on the drain. My husband finally got the drain plug lifted and the drain was black and nasty.

My husband and I stayed at Suites Del Angel last week of April 2010. My sister that lives in Mexico City recommended this hotel. At first we did not know what to think of it because when we first checked it out on the Internet we had not realized that there is another hotel with a similar name in Mexico City with a low star rating. We don't know what the star rating is for Suites Del Angel, but it is very well located; near Castillo Chapultepec, el Zocalo and many restaurants at a walking distance. We did the Turibus one day, and got an overview of the area. We could have walked to the Castillo Chapultepec, but we ran out of time. The staff was friendly and the rate is excellent. We will definetely look to stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Mexico City.

I spent a very pleasant week at this hotel. The Suite was very comfortable and very quiet. The bed was great and the 3 TV's and 3 phones were just great. I had friends that also were there part of my stay and we all enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was great and very affordable. I look forward to another visit to Suites Del Angel. It would have been helpful to be able to check email.
