    Anytime you stay at any of the Palace Resorts you get the best service, food, entertainment, and drinks in Mexico. The staff is wonderful and try to accomodate your every wish. "It's a pleasure" is the common response. Try to take advantage of going under someone's membership there to get additional benefits, perks, and free stuff during your stay. The additional 1500 resort credit is on top of the membership benefits.

    Have stayed several times at sun palace. first time was in 2005 before the hurricane destroyed it. thought it was great then, but after the rebuild it became incredible. can ...

    HAVE STAYED SEVERAL TIMES AT SUN PALACE. FIRST TIME WAS IN 2005 BEFORE THE HURRICANE DESTROYED IT. THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT THEN, BUT AFTER THE REBUILD IT BECAME INCREDIBLE. CAN NOT BEAT THE SERVICE, FOOD, ROOMS, ESPECIALLY THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITES, BEACH AND DID I MENTION THE SERVICE. TOOK ANOTHER COUPLE WITH US THE LAST TIME WHO HAVE TRAVELED THE WORLD, THEY SAID IT WAS THE NICEST PLACE THEY HAVE BEEN TO. CAN'T RECOMMEND SUN PALACE ENOUGH. WE WILL RETURN AS OFTEN AS WE CAN.

    My wife and I visited the Sun Palace March 12th through March 16th for our Honeymoon and we don't have a single negative thing to say about it. The trip was absolutely fantastic. From the first moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely friendly and caring, the room was gorgeous (we used some of our resort credit to upgrade to a concierge level room - highly recommended) and the food was all delicious. It far exceeded our expectations and we will DEFINITELY return at some point in the future.

    The Sun Palace is on a strip of very narrow beach. The beach is a steep slope and very hard to walk on, no leisure stroll on this beach. The sun also moves past the building mid afternoon and you have shade for the rest of the day, so plan to sun bathe early! The rooms need soundproofing, the noise from our neighbors kept us up at night. Heavy police patrols all over Cancun. Not all details from our excursions were explained and that caused some problems. The food, staff and spa services were good, the staff tries hard to please, yet I would not stay at the Sun Palace again.
