    It was our first time to Mexico and the people at the Sun Palace made it one of the best trips I've ever taken. The staff welcomed us like we were royalty and catered to our every need along with being nothing but kind and courteous. The ocean view was beautiful and the beach chairs were incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Everyday there was something fun, romantic, relaxing, and cultural to do. I highly recommend this resort to any couple looking for superior service, romance, and bliss. I loved it and we will most definitely be returning again. My traveling companions and I are very picky about the hotels we choose and the Sun Palace met every expectation from the service of staff, food, and the hotel and room amenities. We all felt very safe knowing ourselves and our belongings were protected.

    My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at sun palace. The hotel was excellent. Incredibly clean throughout. The entire staff from busboys and waitstaff to housekeeping and the entertainment staff were very friendly and truly made this a wonderful experience. The food was wonderful in all the restaurants (we tried all but the oriental lounge). We did 2 of the tours offered (Chichen Itza and Zip line) and had great experiences at both.

    We honeymooned here in april , for 7 days, the hotel is gorgeous, staff fabulous, food pretty good, we loved the steak rest, ate there everynight. dont eat at the italian rest. the pools were beautiful, rooms coudnt have been better,( except the bed wasnt attached, and on rollers.) Dont go to the waterpark!!!!! it was a nightmare. didnt go to any of the other palace resorts, probally should have!! would recommend it to anyone. worth every penny!!!
