I travel to Mexico a lot for business and stay in many hotels. I really liked the customer service I received from all of the staff at the hotel... they really made me feel comfortable and provided me all the support I needed when needing to get my business done.

I would like to inform you of my unforgetable experience at your hotel during my recent vacation. The receptionist at your hotel upon arrival was chewing gum and it was not appropiate, it is bad manners especially when your guests arrive it is a very bad reflection of your employees demonstrating that their is no supervision. Walking into my room, it was to my surprise the room was not made. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and the room service tray was on the floor. What an impression I received,!!! I was ready to leave to another hotel. Is this how you operate your hotel? Your employees show no professionalism, no smiles or friendliness. There are hotels that know how to welcome and cater their customers. FYI my family and I decided to leave and to stay at another hotel. NEVER AGAIN OR WILL I RECOMMEND YOUR HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!

Spent three nights there on business. Excellent customer service from everyone. Only issue we had is they offer an Express check-out but did not understand that means THEY check you out at the time you tell them you want to check out so when went to the breakfast I was told I was not listed in the computer but a quick call to the front desk fixed everything. Good location very nice rooms. Would highly recommend it. We got a package with breakfast included. The buffet breakfast was very nice and the dinning room very comfortable. Had dinner in the dinning room one night and the food was excellent. Bed was a little hard for my taste. Used the business center, internet connection was very fast.

My husband and I stayed at the Fiesta Americana Grand Chapultepec for four nights in October 2009 - what a nice place! The room was huge... it's totally worth the $ more for the "deluxe" room with view of the park. And the bathroom was all marble, everything was spotless, service outstanding, and everything was comfortable. The beds were a little firm (maybe new?) but we called housekeeping and they happily and promptly put on additional padding for us. The car valet was polite and *fast*. They also just added a nice bar in the lobby, comfortable to sit and have a drink before dinner! For the reasonable price I expected less, was really pleasantly surprised. There are tons of good places to eat nearby in Polanco and Lomas, and it's walking distance to Chapultepec park and the castle. Great location. We stay in Mexico City a couple times a year and will stay here always from now on!
