    This was our fourth trip to the Krystal, but the first in six years. We were sadden in how it had slipped from a unique and classic resort. We stayed in the deluxe tower building with Motel 6 like beds, towels and paper thin walls. Any parent should be concerned about the plastic rail guards on the balcony and walkways. The crumbling walks, missing pool tiles, and disinterested front desk left much to be desired. Even the fountains were shut off. Fortunately we did not have the all inclusive package as several restaurants had limited hours or were closed. The up side is that our next trip to PV we will have the chance to visit a new resort.

    Hey all, I stayed at this hotel in March and was overall very satisfied. It is close to the airport and close to Diaz Ordaz ave, which is where all the clubs, restaurants, bars, etc. are. it is about a 10 minute cab ride. It has a nice pool that is almost overlooking the ocean. The beach in this area is not as nice as in Nuevo Vallarta. The rooms are nice (I stayed in the new hotel part) and were very clean. The older rooms are not as nice, but are not bad. We did the all-inclusive package, but this was not the best. Drink service was slow (however, we were there during spring break) and the food was average and mostly the same every day. However, it did include a beach BBQ which was good. Overall, it was really good since the cost was reasonable. I would go there again.

    I love it this hotel and i like the idea that has buffet, alots of swiming pools, night club, restaurants, etc. and is soo big too.

    I LOVE IT THIS HOTEL AND I LIKE THE IDEA THAT HAS BUFFET, ALOTS OF SWIMING POOLS, NIGHT CLUB, RESTAURANTS, ETC. AND IS SOO BIG TOO.
