  When you arrive at Dreams you're welcomed and treated as a long awaited member of their family. They tell you..""welcome home"" and by the end of the trip you realize that you have felt as though this is your home away from home. The people in the resort were helpful, friendly, funny and just lovely--with very few exceptions. The town is picturesque and jewelry shopping shouldn't be missed--I would definitely go there again!

  We arrived in the afternoon, hungry and there were no rooms available (being cleaned) and no restaurants open for us to eat at. No king size beds were available. The staff was all very nice. The food was good and the Italian restaurant was fantastic (who would?ve thought). The beach is very private. No harassing vendors or time share people. The facility was very clean. We were woken daily by a maid doing room checks, not sure why door signs found at every other hotel on the planet. Skip the prepaid transportation. Spectacular view and impressive nightly thunder showers.

  Awesome hotel! The food was very good. I would only recomend the new tower though. The old one looked worn down and I didn't find that side of the hotel as nice. If you want to go and do nothing but completely relax and you don't consider yourself to be better than anyone else this is the place for you.

  It was my second time to visit Puerta Vallarta, but my husbands first.. He loved the all-inclusive it's definetly the way to go. Food was great, beach was nice.. ( sand really hot), room service free all day, and we could rent movies free as well.... It was incredible..I would definetly reccommend this hotel...
