Great location, close to the airport and only about 15 minutes into Town. Although the Marina offers everything you need. Lots of choices of restaurants, bars and shopping. The hotel does a great job in their restaurants and all meals were way better than the traditional hotel food. Champions is the place to go to watch a good game and enjoy a cold beer. And the Spa was definitely a hit with my wife and daughter. Very proffesional and definitely one of the best spas in Puerto Vallarta. Our room was very comfortable and love the new beds. Have been staying at Marriott for years and really like all the improvements overall. iF you like tequila, go to the bar and ask the bartender to see if they any of their own Tequila available. Great stuff.

Experienced a room infested with bed bugs. Vacation ruined.

My wife and I spent a week here recently, and we were really happy with the place. The hotel is great - nice rooms, excellent restaurants, friendly staff. The pool area is beautiful, the views are hard to beat, and they make a great Margarita. The location is excellent too - walking distance from the Marina (go for a late night drink at El Faro, atop the lighthouse), and a short cab ride from the Malecon and Zona Romantica.

A typical open air resort w/ a good sized pool w/ a swim-up bar. Too bad the ocean view from the infiniti pool is obstructed by the beach vendors selling jewelry, etc. Saw dolphins every morning while having breakfast. Good service. Would stay again.

The hotel is very beautiful, the beach and pool areas were very nice. Food was reasonable, and it was easy to get to restaurants offsite. The staff was very courteous... for example indicating how many pesos we should expect to go do different destinations. Overall the experience was excellent. We will be returning to this hotel. Friends picked all inclusive resorts, but they were disappointed as they were not of the same calibre as this resort. The only negative was that room service were a bit slow, but that is very minor. Internet was not free... I highly recommend this hotel
