    Great experience-- everything perfect. They must hire world class chefs. Great service, food, entertainment and ambience. Free computer room with 6 computers, and free wi-fi in the entire hotel. Your wish is their command. Go there and you won't be sorry ! Any questions I'm glad to answer.

    We spent a week here wi my kids (ages 5 and 7) and my in-laws (pushing 70), so we needed a place with wide appeal. This was it! Can't vouch for the kids' club as my kids refused to go, but there was enough happening that everyone was happy. The one show we went to was also fun. No slide into the pool, (which would have kept my kids happy for hours) but a nice shallow area. Just enough variety in restaurants. Service impeccable - utterly friendly and helpful. Comfy bed. Lovely housekeeping service (just straightforward and thorough). The pullout bed in our suite was AWFUL, but luckily my kids are still small enough that they could manage. Our bed was great. Really a nice experience. I truly loved the daily morning yoga with Tomas.

    My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Fiesta Condesa Americana. The staff made us feel like we were VIP, the room was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, the view was amazing. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend everyone stay at this hotel while visiting Cancun. I will surely be going back.

    I felt for the most part this was a good trip the Italian food was great the fish-shrimp tacos and pool bar were killer.Went to the mexican show/ dinner and food was on the poor side entertainment was good. Breakfast buffet was good no complaints there. Staff was very helpful and friendly.Room was what i expected had a ocean front view and was happy with that.
