    From the moment we arrived, we were treated with outstanding service & hospitality. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary & were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of champagne in our room after dinner. The only negative we experienced was a lively wedding reception directly below our room. After complaining to the front desk our room was switched immediately & we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The beach was beautiful, the pools were warm, and the staff was the most attentive we have ever experienced. I only wish our stay was longer!

    Got what I paid for: Oceanfront room with a great view! Great beach, can't beat the beautiful water. Went on the Sunrise speedboat jungle tour, a must do at $50. . You get to drive a speedboat and go to a great snorkle site. Also another must do is the zip lining, jeep driving, and cave exploring at Xplor $125. . Zip line first to avoid the lines. We had great weather and sun. Food was average. Cancun delivered!

    My husband and I stayed for a week at the FA Condesa. It met our needs very well. We wanted a well-situated hotel that was clean, nice beach, and comfortable. Everything was fantastic! All of the common areas were clean, especially the bathrooms. The room was great as well. We upgraded to an ocean front suite when we arrived, and it was very lovely. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless! The decor was minimalist but elegant. Overall, it was a nice refuge to come to after excursions and adventures! The staff was exceptional! Every one we encountered at the restaurants, spa, bars, and room service were friendly, polite, and very attentive. They were a big reason for this being a wonderful stay. Perhaps my only staff complaint would be the somewhat aggressive timeshare people up front, but they were only pushy during our first few hours there. After that, we were left alone. The spa was gorgeous, albeit the prices were a bit high. The food for the most part was decent. We were particular fans of the dessert options; however, the Mexican food was only ok. The room service menu was very limited which was very disappointing. However, we always ordered room service breakfast, which was fantastic! Lunch was best at La Cevicheria right along the beach; very good fish tacos. For dinner, Rosato, the Italian restaurant, was very good, but our favorite was the Asian fusion at Kambu. Overall, this was a pleasant experience! It fit our needs exactly, and we will consider coming back to FA Condesa in the future.

    Hotel takes care of the adults but also does a great job of taking care of the kids! Staff helped get kids food they liked even if they had to order it from another restaurant in the hotel! They also have activities for adults and children so that the parents can relax a bit :) service was excellent!
