    My wife and I had a blast there. The food was great and we loved the pool bar. Some of the other reviews said the resort was pushy with the time shares. We were only asked once if we were interested and when we said no that was the last time we heard of it. We booked the Chitzania tour at the resort and I would recomend that as well.

    Very nice hotel. staff is excellent. food was good. liked location. have activities through out the day. must try shrimp tacos at chievieche.

    Overall, a nice place to stay. Everyone was very pleasant. Food could have been better. Breakfast was good; but lunch & dinner left something to be desired. Bed was very hard; but we got used to it. The shows are night were entertaining: especially the Michael Jackson show - which was awesome!

    I am going to highly recommend Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun to all my friends who want to visit Cancun. They were so helpful and made sure we all had a great time on vacation. They want everyone to be happy. The staff was professional and friendly. Always a smile on everyone's faces. If you needed anything, they were right there to get it for you and were so accommodating. The staff made you feel like a queen and a king. Everything you needed was right at your fingertips. Good food and good drinks and plenty of it. The last day at breakfast, the waiter brought over a dessert plate with a wish written in chocolate syrup of "Good Trip Friends". The activities staff was so friendly and encouraging everyone to participate in the many activities around the resort. We had the best time and we can't wait to go back to Cancun and stay there again.

    I would say this is your average all inclusive hotel in cancun. We got a great deal which made this one worth it. There are certainly nicer hotels, but for the value this was a good fit for a budget traveler. Food was excellent and staff was nice. No wow factors here, but no complaints either.
