    I couldn't wait to write this review...I am excited to let the public know just how wonderful this vacation really was. The staff at the hotel was excellent; friendly, willing to help, and always available. I was impressed when I lost my clothes over the balcony, how helpful the staff was at getting my clothes back to me. I received the best haircut at the spa a woman could ask for. My friends were amazed and full of complements when I got back to Illinois. The joke is that I will have to return to Cancun for a trim every 6 weeks! The food service was great as well. The staff was always working hard to accommodate your hunger and beverage needs. The food was always tasty, never a bad meal. My family and I can't wait to return.

    I would stay here again we made the flight in from Dallas Texas the hotel is very clean and the rooms and beach were amazing. The only bad thing I have to say is that I had a problem with room service messing up my order and still tried to charge me for it. And he also did not bring my change back! But all of the other employes were very nice. Oh and they had a breakfast buffet every morning it was great

    I had stayed there for 3 nights. though my room didnt have ocean view, it was pretty gorgeous. The swimming pool was not so big but clean and comfortable for me. I loved the bar in the pool side. Very safety area even just girls!!!

    We always enjoy ourselves here. just need to watch yourself if you go out on the pier the government created. met some really nice fellow guests.

    Best hotel ever. Service, food, staff - everything was just perfect. They even exchange your dollars. I thought that was a great advantage being able to do that. Had an ocean view room and it was really a view. Beautiful, beautiful.
