We stayed at Dreams Hotel in April of 2008. We brought our two boys with us. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever taken. The hotel was clean, the staff was so friendly. Make sure you tip at the beach they worked so hard to keep our drinks full. Make sure you ask to eat at the World Cafe, they'll take care of you. My kids loved the Explorer's club. The begged us to go to it ever day. The food was excellent, loved the Asian restaurant.There were so many activities throughout the day there was no need to leave the resort. We have already book our stay at Dreams for February 2009. We can't wait!

Just came back as we stayed the first week in October 08. Overall the hotel was great as there was always something to do during the day and the beach area was very nice. The only problem on the beach is too many of the loungers were broke. Staff was friendly and couretous. This was our 2nd time at an all-inclusive and much-much nicer than our stay last year in Puerto-Vallerta. The staff does an excellent job at taking care of you because the lively hood of all of Cancun is at stake. Can't wait to go back next year and will stay again.

For anyone trying to make a decision on where to stay in Mexico, stay here at Dreams. This was the most beautiful, well maintained, well staffed hotel I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I just came back 2 days ago and are still going through withdrawl from this resort. The staff greeted us at the front desk with flutes of champaigne and the rest of the trip was full of attention and warm catering from every single person employed at Dreams. The food was amazing, I mean really delicious, from the sushi to the breakfast buffet. It was horrible eating ceral this morning back in NY. Our view from the room was breathtaking, we woke up everymorning to the sweet sight of dolphins at play. The beach was beautiful and so was the pool. there were pool and beachside events everyday to keep you from getting restless. The bars were great and the tenders even better... they knew how to keep you buzzed!!!! It was our first vacation together and we came back rejuvinated and now have the most amazing memories of this place... Dreams is truly the best hotel in Cancun, i Promise

I did plenty of research on this hotel before booking my trip, and i have to say I was even more pleased than expected. We stayed at Dreams Cancun for a week and it was everything we had hoped for and more. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and easger to help in any way possible. The hospitality was above anything I had experienced from a hotel. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well as exciting. They had fun activities every night. The food was wonderful and at the World Cafe they matched the dinners to the activities on most nights. I will totally recommend this hotel to everybody. They had things for families with children as well as for couples and adults. I was traveling with my teenage daughter and she found the resort to be very satisfatory and fun. We will definitly stay here again on our next trip to Cancun.

My husband & I (in our 60's) stayed for 5 days. We were on the second floor of the pyramid above the dolphin pool. We have traveled pretty extensively and this is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The beachs are great - very smooth to get in and out of. The food is excellent - the buffet is good (but gets old). We did not eat at the Asian restaurant, had lunch at Oceana and really enjoyed the Sea Side Grille. The service is fantastic - the front desk very helpful. Our room was spotless. I have read most of the reviews and find that the most critical ones come from people that have not traveled internationally very much. Do not let those influence you, we would go back and recommend it in a heartbeat.
