My wife and I stayed at the Dreams the last week of January 09. We arrived in the afternoon and went straight to the check in. The woman couldn't have been nicer. Right away she upgraded us to a Dolphin View room on the second floor. We were entertained eveyday by the dolphin shows and the people swimming with them. The entire hotel staff were outstanding and went out of their way for us. The all-inclusive food was great, much better than I thought. The shows in the nightclub were also good. It is a great location because you can walk to flee markets and malls in minutes. I would go back in a minute.

Trip was first week of Feb., 2009. From the pick-up at Cancun Airport, to the drop-off back to the Airport, we had a marvelous trip to Cancun. ""Very safe"" in this tourist area. Our first time in Cancun, my husband & I wanted a week's winter get-away. ""Dreams"" Resort & Spa was wonderful & the staff were exceptional, couldn't do more for us & they were always smiling & cheerful. Food was very good. We were upgraded to full-ocean view & our room was immaculate & quiet, room service exceptional with clean towels morning & evening. Hotel has nightly shows, pretty good. Just a note: since the Dolphins are swimming in the big pool on the lagoon side of the hotel, with dolphin shows twice each morning, rooms on this side of the hotel could be a little noisey. Other than that, we highly recommend ""Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa"" on the northeast corner tip of Cancun. Beautiful!!!

pretty much first class all the way. excellent service!!! food was very good and nice variety. drinks must have been strong enough. haha. seemed like they got stronger after a couple dollars in tips. room was very comfortable. would without a doubt stay here again and recommend dreams to anyone.

This resort is a must stay in Cancun. The service is excellent. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Beds like home. The food selection is very good, not a bad meal there!! The staff is friendly and service is beyond expectation. Will definitely stay at Dreams again.
