    We had a family vacation with our 2 children ages 4 and 7. This place was PERFECT in every way. The food was GREAT. We were pleasantly surprised as we expected worse for all-inclusive. The World Cafe had something for every taste and a kid-friendly buffet with nuggets, hot-dogs etc., standard kid-fare.
    The service was outstanding, everyone displayed an above-and-beyond attitude. The waiters on the beach, inside at the restaurants, front desk personnel, housecleaning...everyone extremely helpful and courteous. We got extra towels/shampoo/lotion daily, turn-down service at night (with more towels if needed). THe entertainment was very well done and they did a great job with the different themes each night. The kids LOVED it and we thought it was pretty good too! We had a dolphin/ocean view room and the room was exactly as pictured online. Everything worked perfectly in the room (hot water, toilet, TV/DVD, A/C..everything). The free minibar in the room was great. We enjoyed the stocked up water bottles each night. All in all we had a wonderful vacation at Dreams and can't wait to go back!!

    The hotel is nice but overrated. The pool area is very small for the amount of tourist staying at dreams. It was very hot in the lounge area. The pool was always crowded , therefore, you had to be down at the pool area early to grab a chair with an umbrella. My husband was sick for 3 days, therefore, I was bored and the hotel has very limited acitivities. The staff were very nice and the cleaning of the rooms was very good. The food was okay. I thought it would be better. Overall, for the amount of money we spent for this vacation, I was very........ disappointed and would never go back to cancun again especially dreams resort. The only good review about this hotel is the staff, cleaning of the rooms and we did have a beautiful view of the ocean.

    I went to Cancun for 4 nights. They greeted us with champagne at 12:00am in the morning due to our flight being delayed. They offer 24hr room service for no extra charge! They staff were great and made our stay very pleseant. While in the pool, waiters would ask you for drinks and food and would gladly bring them to you. I definitely would go back. Resort is at walking distance to various night time entertainment.

    Went there for our honeymoon. Everything was perfect - we mentioned that we were there for our honeymoon and they decorated the room with rose petals and delivered a fruit basket and champagne. The staff was great, the food was good and the drinks were even better.
    The hotel has a great location, but the pool is a little small for the amount of people in the hotel.
    Will defenitely stay there again.

    this hotel was nothing like the pictures its old overcrowded small not decorative and smelled horrible the food was gross not a lgood variety nor selection your better off at a motel 8 this was suppose to be an anniversary celebration which we paid $* what a waste of hard earned money the anniversary package we expected upon arrival was not preepared due to miscommunication among the "planners" we had to wait 48hrs for it to be sorted also the room we requested and paid additional for 10months in advance was not ready as well we had to wait for that!! the pool is as big as my backyard they plan all activities around it 500 people in a 200 people space capacity i would never ever as long as i live visit any place in mexico!!! this was suppose to be a 4 star not in my planet i would dread to see what a 1 star is PRISON??? i became nauseau and sick for 5 days out of the 7 we stayed due to the stench my husband was sick as well with diarreah and vomiting 5 days out of the 7 it was a nightmare in dreams cancun i hope the editors that read this can be honest enough to let me voice my honest and personal experience with my stay at this hotel and let the consumer us decide based on the good the bad and the ugly i definitely would have appreciated reading some truths about dreams cancun in mexico quintana roo prior to my booking the worst vacation ive ever been on and ive been all over the carribean at many all inclusive resorts that were 3 and 2 star that were better than this place!!!!
