Too much noise
02/07/2011Too much noise, poor view, rude guests, no control in the pool, too much drinking, did not make for a pleasant vacation. had to change hotel after 3 days.

This hotel was perfect for attending a near by concert. It is also centrally located to many other attractions and has tremendous ocean front views. The staff was curteous and very friendly. Well priced compared to other places in the area. Hope to make it back soon.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was really good about keeping the towels supplied and plenty of hot water. The bed was so so. the matress was a little hard and could have used more than two pillows. There were some hidden chargeres that were not disclosed until checkout. The pool was really nice. The bar and eating in the hotel too steep to use. Parking was never a problem and the beach front was right there and great. I enjoyed the hotel overall and would consider going back despite the long waits at the elevators.

My husband & daughter & I went in May 2010. The hotel was great, the beach was beautiful. The pool was nice. The staff in the hotel was very nice, however the staff around the pool (bar & towel area) were not interested in the guests. It was very hard to get their attention when you wanted a towel or a drink. We arrived at the airport & got a rental car but wasn't sure about the parking. When we entered the hotel we found plenty of parking in the garage. It was nice to have the car in the shade, because it was 80 degrees in the afternoon. We would definitely go back
