  • staff didn't care when we had problems

    Only good thing about this hotel is that the beds were comfortable! shower wouldn't shut off completely, no housekeeping the first day we were there, had to request towels, ...

    only good thing about this hotel is that the beds were comfortable! Shower wouldn't shut off completely, no housekeeping the first day we were there, had to request towels, sheets on 1 bed were ripped, nasty stain on comfortor of other bed that probably would have glowed under a black light! Nasty!!

    I booked the less expensive room knowing it wouldn't be the highest quality. what i did not expect was mold in the shower extreamly run down and dirty carpet ...

    I booked the less expensive room knowing it wouldn't be the highest quality. What I did not expect was mold in the shower extreamly run down and dirty carpet and poorly repaired holes in the walls. I did not expect a royal treatment but I did expect a clean room.

    If you have kids this is a good place to stay. If you do not, then this place is not the place to stay. It was extremely noisy at all times of the day and night. Kids were yelling all night in the hallways. It was FAR from a peaceful relaxing vacation while at the hotel. The free wi fi was a joke too. On more than one occassion I had to call a service tech to fix it. They have the ports in peoples rooms, and they can unplug them rendering the system useless. The people in the room would not let the tech in on the last call, so we had no internet.

    stayed here march 2012 good shape for an older hotel. room in the west tower was nice and CLEAN and i would guess recently remodled. comfortable bed, big flat screen tv with cable, fluffy towels. casino has everything you'd expect including areal circus acts above your head. next floor up a mezanine midway arcade. lotts of games and viewing for the circus shows big indoor airconditioned amusement park in back lotts of rides for kids big and small also a motel if you like to be able to park close to your room and an rv park if you are bringing you own room! nice place good for us as a couple but better if your bringing the kids
