    Circus Circus was fun, with a lot of stuff to do with the kids. However, there was a cockroach in our bathroom and had an issue with my credit card that I was not given back after I checked in. I realized when I was up in my room that I was never given my credit card back. I called the front and they said they didn't have it and connected me to lost and found, who didn't have it either. In the morning, I called the front desk again. They still didn't have it. I went about my day, and right before we checked out I saw a message on my phone in my room. They had my card. Apparently someone put it in the safe and no one bothered to look there. Thank goodness I wasn't in need of that card during our short getaway.

    The registration clerk was polite and helpful, but I would not recommend for single adults, due to the large groups of children. Also, the carpet needs to be replaced it is worned out and old. The floor represent the type of service and how well this hotel is not maintained. Please review all of the rooms and replace the carpet or only have certain rooms for adults without children.

    Horrible, no worth the price. to get the casino we needed to walk at least half a mile. it seems to be very dangerous, there is warning signs all over ...

    Horrible, no worth the price. to get the casino we needed to walk at least half a mile. it seems to be very dangerous, there is warning signs all over the place. no hot water. I had a hard time falling asleep. I was able to hear everything around me.
