A great deal on an iconic hotel on the strip; no complaints concerning service or the room, but what kind of person thinks a restaurant with a toilet at the front door and toilet placemats is good for dining- yuk!

The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The hotel is dated, but is a great place for budget-minded family travelers to stay. I would compare this to a Hotel 6 with lots of entertainment. They'll welcome and keep the light on for you. Our room was dusty and confetti from a 50th party celebration of some sort was still in the corners on the carpet. Prices were very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I was a little annoyed by the $11 fee charged to check in early, however they did provide an option of checking our baggage in and coming back later with no additional fee. We were also allowed to check our baggage again for a late departure at no additional cost. If good internet coverage is a necessity I would suggest booking a room on a higher floor. We stayed on floor 9, and had bad AT&T cell phone service. If you're not planning on spending a lot of time in your room, this would probably be a good choice for a good night sleep, but without all the frills.

09/08/2012I will never stay there again. next time i'm choosing the mirage or venitian. if you have kids then this hotel is only good for a visit not stay.
