Location is close to the marina where there is good food, about a five minute walk to the beach, but then about five miles from the best resorts. Our neighbors above us played loud music a lot but we didn't spend much time in our room. The mattress was not comfortable at all. I think it was a great room for space, cleanliness, views, and location though. There is also an onsite grocery store which was nice.

The views from the pool and slider chairs is incredible. This is a very beautiful place to stay for those looking for the more "self reliant" trip to Provo. The kitchens are fully furnished with all that you need to prepare your meals, coffee and so on. There's a great grocer up the street so you can stock up for your trip and get on with vacationing. It's very quiet and uncrowded. The only noticeable issue is the lack of handicap access. We didn't need it but as our bags were being hoisted up the stairs by an eager bellhop, I realized that there are no elevators and there are lot's of stairs, especially to the pools. Other than that, it's a great place to stay!!! Also, it's within walking distance to a great bar down the street!
