This was our second time staying at the Hilton on our annual trip to Baltimore. The hotel is beautiful, clean and central to everything we want to see. The pool is fantastic and somthing that my kids really look forward to. The biggest "pro" is the service. All around wonderful but I left my Kindle in my room when we left. I called the hotel and they sent it to me the next day. I found that quite remarkable. The cons are that the food in the restaurant and for room service is horrendous. It has changed completely from last year. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and none of us thought the food was good, even a hamburger. We tried room service the next night and again, my kids didn't eat. The pizza (?) was awful.

Pros - Beautiful hotel with a great view of Camden Stadium - Very nice facilities for conferences Cons (Staff) - Fast-Food-like staff - Anything off the menu/script like resolving an incorrect charge lead to "deer in headlight" stares - Have little to no authority to resolve anything - Staff could easily be replaced by a kiosk - To their credit, they were courteous but not really empowered to provide above and beyond service

The staff are very friendly. But for a Hilton Hotel and value for your money, than its not worth the effort. You have no refridgerator and you pay "per device" for internet. At $11 per device, it will add up quick. So if you have more than 1 device, the price of the room will be more than what you want to pay.
