We did the SR and was booked at Tower Isle in a garden view room. At first we were a little bummed that we weren't oceanfront but quickly realized how beautiful the gardens are and after spending all day on the beach it was nice to have a change of scenery to enjoy out on the balcony. The balcony was great with comfortable chairs and plenty of room with a table to eat meals at. You can spend some nice quite time out there. The resort is beautiful, the views are fantastic, and the attitudes and customer service from everyone at the resort was top notch! We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed all the included amenities such as paddle boards, kayaks, scuba training & trips, snorkel trips, water skiing or knee boarding! in the ocean, Hobie Cat rides, and windsurfing boards. Also took the included Dunns River Falls trip which was great. We loved it and will certainly be back! The only negatives we found were the following: Food (not a ton of choices at the buffet and too spicy for the wife) Bed (ours was very hard but they did put a piece of foam on it which helped a little bit) Entertainment (not much going on and the stuff they did have other than the beach party night on Monday nights wasn't very good. But if you are going there to relax or be with your significant other alone then no big deal) Again, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and look forward to our next visit!

My wife and I signed up for the secret rendezvous and ended up going to couples tower isle. All of the resorts looked nice so we didn't think we'd be disappointed with which ever one got. We were right. We had a very enjoyable experience. It was a beautiful area, great resort, and the food was excellent. Nothing bad to say.

From the moment you arrive at the airport everything is taken care of. The transport, even long, was pleasant. The friendliness of all staff members was remarkable and we really had the feeling the mean it. If there is something to criticize: we had a problem with our room, bugs from the very first night on. Housekeeping sprayed insecticide which were so heavy that I got sick overnight. We reported that immediately next morning to guest relations and were promised that the manager would get in touch with us. Nothing. I complaint again the next day and I was told I should have contacted the night manager when it happened- now they would talk to the manager, but nothing- not a word. To say it at least a little disappointing, we paid $100 extra to upgrade to this room and because the service in general was really excellent.

My wife and I decided to try Couples Secret Rendezvous for our Re-do honeymoon. We stayed at Couples Negril two years ago and were so impressed we didn't care where we stayed. We ended up in Couples San Souci, I'm not sure if it was because we did the cheaper secret rendezvous or not, but we were placed in one of only two rooms without a balcony. We met the couple from the other room and they didn't do the secret rendezvous. There were a few nitpicky issues we had with the resort, which had there been more then one day of sun wouldn't have bothered us. The room we were in did need to be updated. The air conditioning was fantastic though. The resort is beautiful with a lot of different places to walk and rest. There are quite a few stairs but that is good after eating the tremendous food. The staff is all wonderful and helpful. They will get you ANYTHING you want. The bartenders are very good and mix the drinks strong. Ask for their specialty, each one has something different. The entertainment staff is great even if the events themselves were a little lame. The staff would remember your names after one meeting and talk to you everytime they saw you. Couples is a fantastic resort and I strongly recommend anyone who wants to get away from the kids to go!
