First, the hotel staff are wonderfully courteous and attentive. The breakfast was good, however the dining room was very messy. The whole building is old and run down. The pool was empty and very nasty looking (see picture). Exterior area very dirty.

The overall trip was very pleasant. I had an incident with my rental car from Avis...really could have made the trip difficult, but the way you respond to the situation is how you determine the outcome. That being said, I would probably book another trip through this site. I just will not go rent from Avis. Tongie S.

Most staff were great. Breakfast lady was a grump. Worst part of the stay was that it took 40 minutes to get coffee at the breakfast bar, the waffle iron wasn't working well and when the eggs ran out at 9:30 they wouldn't cook more. Rooms are ok for the price, I wouldn't stay more than one night here. Breakfast, a bed and airport shuttle were what we needed:)

Hotel undergoing renovations, staff still cleaning rooms at 8:30 p.m., front desk had to check if there was a room. Don't think they had their best foot forward but they did try. Glad I set my phone alarm as the wake up call never came. May give them another chance once renovations are done.
