    This was an excellent value. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. Parking was easy. Walking distance to Disney even with small kids. Lots of food options nearby. Only complaint is that the pool and fitness center closed at 10 which was a little early for us. I would have loved to soak in the hot tub when we got back from Disney but it was too late.

    When we arrived at our hotel, they put us into a handicap room. Having children, we needed to have a tub. They moved us. The room didn't have a microwave or mini fridge. I feel like it could have been cleaner. The walk to Disneyland was 13 minutes. The pool is very small. For the price, I don't think we would stay here again. It was pricey for what was offered.

    We had a wonderful experience at the Portofino! We arrived late at night to a smiling and helpful front desk person. The room was exactly as we expected (we got the King/Bunk Beds suite). Everything was clean and inviting and we were able to walk across the street to IHOP for meals and down the road to the Disney parks. I marked the beds down because my 12 y/o complained about her bed not being as comfy as home. There were some signs of aging/disrepair in the room, but nothing that affected our stay or desire to visit again. We will definitely be staying at the Portofino on future visits!

    Everything was very good. Considering the price, everything was a great value and less than a 10 min walk to the Disney Parks. The rooms were very nice and clean with plenty of hot water towels. The rooms were quiet and the staff was not obtrusive, but were helpful when asked. There was both covered and outdoor parking areas. The wifi connect was easy and solid.
