I was a little hesitant to book this hotel after reading some of the previous reviews but we decided to give it a chance. I'm really glad we did! We had the kids suite (1 king bed, bunk beds and sofa bed) and it was plenty big enough for my family of 5. My kids loved that they had their "own" room and I loved that there were just sliders separating us (my kids are still young). I am extremely picky about cleanliness so checked over the room closely. It was very clean, no stains on the bedding or carpets (as some complained about) and the bathroom was spotless. I didn't find it any noisier than any other hotel I've ever stayed in (even the 5 star hotels) so not sure why people complained about noise. It's a hotel...you are going to hear water running and people in the halls. But it wasn't any different than any other hotel. The staff was super friendly and even let us check in early since our room was ready. The hotel was an older hotel but the beds were really comfortable (even the sofa bed and bunks), the bedding was pretty and nothing smelled "funny". The only thing that I didn't like was that it was a little far from Disneyland's main entrance (about 3 blocks...10 min. walk). It wouldn't be so bad for older kids but with a 5 year old, after spending all day walking around the park and being super tired, it was way too long. You can take the ART for a fee, we just never wanted to wait for it. They also had no complimentary breakfast so that was kinda a bummer but the rooms do have fridges and microwaves in them and there is a 7-11 and an IHOP right across the street. I would definitely stay there again or recommend it to others. It was very family friendly, clean, comfortable and the price is right.

Sometimes in the early mornings it got a little noisy because everybody was getting ready for Disneyland at the same time. And then again at night around the time the park closed the hotel got a little noisy again but throughout the day it's quiet. It seemed to happen at every hotel we stayed at around Disneyland so it doesn't really bother us.

This hotel is a great value for the area, super convenient. The bathroom I do not feel was cleaned well enough as their was a layer of dust on top of the toilet tank along with other things. That is my only complaint and will definitely check it better next time before getting settled in.

Don't be deceived by the pictures...this hotel is just OK. Entire building is in need of some serious maintenance! Air conditioning in the hallways didn't work the entire time we were there, our room A/C stopped working on day 2 to which they apologized and moved us next door right across from the ice/vending machines and in which it's A/C too stopped working on day 3/4. Drains didn't work on tub and one sink, furniture is clearly only dusted not thoroughly cleaned (face of wood on bunk beds had streaks, grease, kid fingerprints all over). Also for a kids suite the closing French doors are nice but squeaky and there is no table to eat at in the room! Apparently families with kids should never eat in the hotel...? Oh and don't let the "cool" kids suite keep you from caring about hotel amenities because there is no food bar/snack bar or restaurant on the property just a desperate gift shop. Needless to say not worth the money, I won't return.

I have stayed at other Los Angeles Embassy Suites before. This one was just as great. The hotel staff was very helpfull. The full breakfast was wonderfull. Large variery of items. The cocktail hour was good too. The only issue I had was that there was a big party, and the party guest where all over the hallways. The kids were playing with the elevators, it was not funn stoping at every floor. But overall it was fun.
